Translational research is expanding, in part, because Evidence-Based Programs or Practices (EBPs) are not adopted in many medical domains. However, little translational research exists on EBPs that are prevention programs delivered in nonclinical, community-based settings. These organizations often have low capacity, which undermines implementation quality and outcomes.
