Evaluation of inpatient services of tertiary comprehensive hospitals based on DRG payment.

Objective: This study aims to evaluate inpatient services in 49 tertiary comprehensive hospitals using indicators from the diagnosis related groups (DRG) payment system.
Method: DRG data from 49 tertiary comprehensive hospitals were obtained from the quality monitoring platform for provincial hospitals, and relevant indicators were identified. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used to compute the weight of each indicator.
A novel three-dimensional Cd coordination polymer, namely, poly[[(μ-benzene-1,4-diacetato)(μ-benzene-1,4-diacetato)bis{μ-bis[4-(2-methylimidazol-1-yl)phenyl]methanone}dicadmium(II)] tetartohydrate], {[Cd(CHO)(CHNO)]·0.25HO} or {[Cd(PBEA)(MIPMO)]·0.25HO}, (I), was synthesized by the hydrothermal method using benzene-1,4-diacetic acid (HPBEA), bis[4-(2-methylimidazol-1-yl)phenyl]methanone (MIPMO) and Cd(NO)·6HO.

- - The study included blood tests from the patient and family members, comparing them against a control group; only the patient showed significant levels of the mutation at 33.56%, diminishing over time, while no mutations were found in the family or 100 healthy volunteers.

The first catalytic asymmetric construction of chiral dihydrobenzo[ e]indole scaffolds has been established in a highly diastereo- and enantioselective mode (30 examples, up to 99% yield, >95:5 dr, >99% ee), which makes use of chiral phosphoric acid-catalyzed [3 + 2] cycloannulations of azonaphthalene derivatives with 3-vinylindoles. This reaction also represents the first catalytic asymmetric cycloannulation of azonaphthalene derivatives with alkenes, which will not only provide a useful method for constructing enantioenriched dihydrobenzo[ e]indole scaffolds but also advance the chemistry of catalytic asymmetric reactions of azonaphthalene derivatives.

Purpose: To investigate the influence of IL-35 in the pathogenesis of periodontitis and oral lichen planus, and the correlation between periodontitis and oral lichen planus patients.
Methods: The gingival crevicular fluid（GCF） and serum were collected from patients with oral lichen planus (n=20), periodontitis (n=20), periodontitis and oral lichen planus (n=20) and healthy controls (n=12). The patients' basic information, probing depth, clinical attachment loss, gingival index, sulcus bleeding index were measured and collected.
