The Charcot-Marie-Tooth-1E (CMT1E) disease is typically described as a peripheral neuropathy in humans, causing decreased nerve conduction, spastic paralysis, and tremor. The Trembler-J (TrJ) mice serve as a high fidelity model of this disease. Here, we use functional ultrasound (fUS) and functional connectivity (FC) to analyze TrJ mice's brain activity during sensory stimulation and resting state experiments against wild type (WT) mice - the healthy counterpart.

However, very little information exists on the epidemiology of people bitten by cats at the level of an entire country in Latin America. Additionally, the COVID-19 pandemic significantly influenced people's lives and their relationships with pets, which could potentially affect the frequency of people bitten by cats.

At Day 0, the control group (CG, n = 5) received isotonic saline spray intranasally, and the treated group (OTG, n = 5) received oxytocin (24 IU) intranasally, 40 min before the sexual test.
