Optimizing tacrolimus therapeutic drug monitoring in Tunisian kidney transplant recipients: exploring the variability in bioavailability and the correlation between pharmacokinetic parameters.

Objectives: While the existing literature extensively covers the topic of tacrolimus variability, it remains crucial to gather data that are tailored to the Tunisian population. Our primary goal was to assess the variability in tacrolimus bioavailability using the Cp(0)/weight dosage ratio in Tunisian kidney transplant patients. We also aimed to determine the correlations between blood trough level (Cp(0)) and the area under the concentration-time curve (AUC0-12 h) in this cohort.

Factors influencing valproic acid trough levels in epileptic children.

Pantoprazole-induced Stevens-Johnson Syndrome: A Case-report.

Intriguing mass associated with cleft palate.

Nasopharyngeal teratomas are rare and represent only 2% of all teratomas. They can lead to an embryopathogenic mechanical obstacle responsible for a cleft palate with few reported cases of this association in the literature. We report the case of a 14-month-old girl with this atypical association.

Annular elastolytic giant cell granuloma (AEGCG) is a benign skin disorder, with, unknown cause. It appears as erythematous papules or annular plaques. Few challenging cases of AEGCG have been reported in the literature.
