Low back pain(LBP) is one of the most prevalent diseases afflicting people today. Abnormal musculoskeletal loadings during activities of daily living (ADLs) have been deemed to be associated with spine rhythm. But no studies have reported abnormal continuous spine rhythms during ADLs in LBP patients.

However, the alternations of load sharing during the two activities are largely unknown. The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of LBP caused by lumbar disc herniation (LDH) on the muscle activities of 17 main trunk muscle groups and the intradiscal forces acting on the five lumbar discs.

Previous studies reporting the changes in kinematic characteristics caused by LBP present conflicting results. This study aimed to apply the multisegmental spinal model to investigate the kinematic changes in patients with lumbar disc herniation (LDH) during five activities of daily living (ADLs).

Objective To assess the effect of the fusion of rabbit bone marrow stromal cells (rBMSCs) and Nano-hydroxyapatite/poly (l-lactic acid) (Nano-HA/PLLA) in repairing the rabbit knee joint with full-thickness cartilage defect. Method The rBMSCs were isolated and cultured in vitro, and the third generation of rBMSCs was co-cultured with the Nano-HA/PLLA to construct the tissue-engineered cartilage (TEC). Eighteen New Zealand white rabbits were selected and randomly divided into three groups, namely, TEC group, Nano-HA/PLLA group, and control group.

Methods: 40 cases of patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures admitted into department of orthopeadics in our hospital were reviewed. All patients were divided into high viscosity bone cement group (20 cases) and low viscosity bone cement group (20 cases).
Objective: To study the cellular compatibility of the magnetic nanocomposite (n-HA/PLLA/Fe2O3) and to discuss the biological behaviors of cells including surface adhesion, proliferation, and expression. The present work provides an experimental basis for medical application.
Method: Rat osteoblasts (OB) were co-cultured with the magnetic nanocomposite.

Objective: When preliminary tests have confirmed a nano-hydroxyapatite (Nano-HA) content of 20% of the polylactic acid (PLA) composite material of Nano-HA interface fixation material for biomechanical requirements, there is a need for further observation of its biocompatibility and clinical applications, to provide reference data.
Methods: Preparation of Nano-HA content of 20% PLA composite Nano-HA bone substitute material and extract. The establishment of the negative control group (containing 10% fetal bovine serum in DMEM complete medium), experimental group (extract), the positive control group (mass concentration of 0.
