[Repeated kidney transplantation].

Of 223 allotransplantation 42 operations for the transplantation of a kidney were performed for the second time, 9--for the third time and 3--for the fourth time. In 39% of cases retransplantation was performed within the period from 15 days to 3.5 years after the removal of the non-functioning kidney transplant, in 20% of cases it was ablated during retransplantation and in 26% of cases the non-functioning transplant remained intact.
