Introduction: The family, at community, must be an important part of elderly care. However, most of the elderly experience a decrease in psychological well-being and quality of life. This is not in accordance with the concept of the family-centered care (FCC) model and can endanger the continuity of the elderly with chronic illnesses.

Community of inquiry Framework Combined With Podcast Media in Nursing Education innovation During Covid-19 Pandemic: An Evaluative Study.

Background: The COVID-19 pandemic has not researched inquiry methods much, other than that it has never been combined with podcast media to better refine students' abilities. The purpose of this study was to determine student satisfaction with basic nursing theory and practice courses taught using the Community of Inquiry framework using podcast media.

Methods: This evaluation was done at a university using a validated Community of Inquiry survey (n = 54) and interviews (n = 20).

Background: Everyone becomes aware due to the epidemic, especially primary department nurses. The significance of their experiences teaches nurses how to take care of themselves and be successful in their caregiving.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the perceptions of nurses working in primary care settings in rural regions during the omicron variant pandemic.

Nursing Students' Understanding of Palliative Care in Palestine.

Palliative care is a method of preventing and alleviating suffering for patients who have been diagnosed with terminal diseases by early detection, accurate assessments, and pain and symptom management. Patients and their families can then mitigate related physical, psychological, and spiritual challenges and thus will have a better quality of life. This article reports a study that evaluated undergraduate nursing students' knowledge of and attitude and self-efficacy toward palliative and end-of-life care in Palestine.

Knowledge and Attitude of Saudi Emergency Medical Services Students Regarding Pain Management: A Cross-Sectional Study.

The most common reason people seek emergency medical services is pain, either from a severe injury or a life-threatening illness emergency medical services (EMS). Few studies on analgesic administration and pain management assessments are available for EMS students to read (as potential EMS professionals). Therefore, the goal of this study is to find out the knowledge and attitude of EMS students about pain management.

Relationship Between Nonconveyed Cases and On-Scene Time Intervals for Emergency Medical Services.

Purpose: Emergency medical service (EMS) consumption is increasing worldwide. Some EMS cases in Saudi Arabia result in nonconveyance of patients. The aim of the present study was to determine the relationship between nonconveyed EMS cases and on-scene time intervals in Riyadh EMS centers.

Epidemiology of non-transported emergency medical services calls in Saudi Arabia.

Objectives: To determine the epidemiology of non- transported emergency medical services (EMS) calls within the EMS system at Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to identify factors that contributes to non-transport of patients by EMS provider, and to recommend suggestions for reduction in number of non-transported calls. 

Methods: Retrospective analysis of 1390 patient care reports (PCR) of non-transported cases responded to, and documented by the Saudi Red Crescent Authority (SRCA) emergency medical technicians (EMTs). All PCRs of non-transported cases from 10 EMS stations, in 3 consecutive months were examined.
