Objective: To explore clinical effects of fibular osteotomy and distal tibiofibular joint fusion for chronic valgus Pilon fracture malunion.
Methods: From January 2014 to January 2017, 8 patients with chronic valgus Pilon fracture malunion were treated, including 7 males and 1 female, aged from 20 to 47 years old, 6 patients on the left side and 2 patients on the right side; according to Rüedi-Allgöwer classification, 1 case was typeⅠ, 3 cases were typeⅡand 4 cases were type Ⅲ; the time from injury to admission ranged from 7 to 21 months. All deformities were evaluated individually based on pre-operatively weight bearing X-ray and 3D CT scan, and 3D printing model was also used for preliminary surgery.
Colon cancer remains the second most common cause of cancer-related death, indicating that a proportion of cancer cells are not eradicated by current therapies. Investigation of the molecular mechanisms involved in the development and progression of the disease will aid in the further understanding of the pathogenesis and progression and offer new targets for effective therapies. In the present study, we initially confirmed that ABCA1 was aberrantly expressed in colon cancer tissues and colon cancer cells.

Objective: To investigate the effect of Tongxinluo Capsule (TXLC) on platelet aggregation in patients of coronary heart disease (CHD) with aspirin resistance (AR).
Methods: Patients with AR were screened out from 330 CHD patients, who had regularly taken aspirin (100 mg/d) for more than one month, by testing platelet aggregation level after adenosine diphosphate (ADP) and collagen (COL) induction. They were randomly assigned to three groups: the combined treatment group treated by TXLC + aspirin, the TXL group treated by TXLC alone and the AS group treated by aspirin alone, at the dose of TXLC 3 capsules thrice a day, and that of aspirin 100 mg/d.
