Objective: To observe the influenece of siRNA-mediated PPARgamma gene knockdown on insulin resistance induced by myocardial ischemia-reperfusion in adult rats.
Method: The targeting PPARgamma siRNA was synthesized. The myocardial cells of adult rats were isolated and cultured.
