Objective: To explore and summarize the clinical characteristics and treatment of aggressive NK-cell leukemia (ANKL), and provide new insights for clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
Methods: The clinical data of 7 patients with ANKL admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College from March 2014 to July 2021 were retrospectively analyzed, and their clinical characteristics, laboratory and imaging results, treatment and outcomes were analyzed.
Results: Among the 7 patients, 5 were males and 2 were females, with a median age of 47 (33-69) years old.
Background: In cardiology, it is controversial whether different therapy strategies influence prognosis after acute coronary syndrome. We examined and compared the long-term outcomes of invasive and conservative strategies in patients with non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) and characterized the patients selected for an invasive approach.
Methods: A total of 976 patients with acute NSTEMI were collected from December 2006 to October 2012 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University Hospital.
A simple and effective method for the synthesis of bioactive imidazo[1,2,4]triazole analogues has been developed utilizing the MCR technique, which involved the reaction of aminotriazoles, isocyanides and aldehydes. The products were characterized by (1)H, (13)C NMR spectroscopy, MS and elemental analysis. Interestingly, compounds 19d, 21a, 21b and 21h displayed good cytotoxic activities at 10(-4) M concentration in the inhibition of tumor cell growth as evaluated by the MTT method.
