Background: Women with disability face more stressors around the time of pregnancy than women without disability. Limited research exists on stressors experienced due to the COVID-19 pandemic among pregnant and postpartum women with and without disability.
Objective: Examine the association between disability status and experiencing certain COVID-19 stressors among women with a recent live birth.
Creatine (Cr) is essential for cellular energy homeostasis, particularly in muscle and brain tissues. Creatine Transporter Deficiency (CTD), an X-linked disorder caused by mutations in the SLC6A8 gene, disrupts Cr transport, leading to intellectual disability, speech delay, autism, epilepsy, and various non-neurological symptoms. In addition to neurological alterations, Creatine Transporter knockout (CrT) mice exhibit severe muscle atrophy and functional impairments.

Eight SG/CD systems with varying CD concentrations were evaluated for rheological properties, mucoadhesiveness, spreadability and sprayability via nasal devices; cytotoxicity was in vitro investigated on reconstituted nasal epithelia. Additionally, droplet size distribution and spray deposition were assessed for the most promising systems.
