Unlabelled: Dystrophinopathies - a group of hereditary X-linked neuromuscular diseases characterized by worsening fibrofatty degeneration of skeletal muscles, muscular weakness, low exercise tolerance, as well as orthopedic, cardiovascular and respiratory complications. Study of the effectiveness of physical medical rehabilitation in patients with neuromuscular diseases, evaluation of the influence of external and internal factors on functional capabilities and effectiveness of the conducted rehabilitation are highly relevant.
Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of physical medical rehabilitation of patients with dystrophinopathies at the outpatient stages of the disease's course and the influence of anthropometric characteristics and functional status of patients' motor capabilities.

To elucidate molecular mechanisms underlying this tissue-mimetic behavior, in situ synchrotron X-ray scattering was measured during uniaxial stretching of bottlebrush- and comb-like graft copolymers with varying densities of poly(dimethyl siloxane) and poly(isobutylene) side chains. In an undeformed state, these copolymers revealed a single interference peak corresponding to the average spacing between the domains of linear A-blocks arranged in a disordered, liquid-like configuration.

We first demonstrate that the spontaneous mutational background is very similar to the aging-associated mutational signature SBS40 and mainly caused by polymerase zeta-mediated translesion synthesis (TLS). MSH2-/- mismatch repair (MMR) knockout in conjunction with additional repair deficiencies uncovers cryptic mutational patterns.

In the development of functional materials, side chains are traditionally incorporated into the primary chemical structure to induce liquid-crystalline behavior or to enhance solubility for improved processability. However, emerging evidence suggests that side chains play a far more complex role. This study presents a case of a double helical supramolecular structure formed by star-shaped mesogens in the absence of specific interactions.
