Angiomatoid fibrous histiocytoma with EWSR1-CREB1 gene fusion occurs in lungs and ribs with systemic multiple metastases: a case report and review of the literature.

Angiomatoid fibrous histiocytoma (AFH) is a rare soft tissue tumor with intermediate malignant potential, and it rarely metastasizes. We encountered a unique AFH case where, the tumor was discovered initially in unusual locations-the left lung and the left 4th rib. Combined histological features with FISH and NGS analysis, the diagnosis of AFH was supported, however, it is difficult to determine which of these two is the primary lesion.

Objectives: The quality of 30 batches of the Tibetan Dracocephali tangutici Herba was evaluated using HPLC fingerprinting and DNA sequences.

Methods: Botanical identification of 30 batches of D. tangutici herba was conducted using the DNA barcoding approach, specifically analyzing the ITS and rbcL sequences.

A label-free photoelectrochemical (PEC) sensor for detecting theophylline (TP) was exploited based on electrodes modified with a nanocomposite of polydopamine nanospheres (PDSs) and gold nanoparticles (AuNPs). PDS particles were prepared by oxidative autopolymerization, and their reducibility was utilized in one step to reduce the gold nanoparticles . The AuNPs-PDS/ZnS PEC sensor was constructed by electrochemical deposition and drop coating.
