[Chlamydia trachomatis in cervical canal and in the pouch of Douglas in infertile women].

The results of microbiological examination of samples from cervical canal of the uterus and from pouch of Douglas in 71 women who underwent diagnostic and operative laparoscopy is presented. In 33 cases diagnosed because of infertility Chlamydia trachomatis was present in 2 (6.1%) women and in one woman both in cervical canal and pouch of Douglas.
