Pharmacokinetic parameters, such as elimination rate constant (ke), clearance (Cl), and protein-binding constant (Kassoc), have been determined in rats. The observed variation is statistically significant, explained by changes in the lipophilic (deltaRm), electronic (pKa), and steric effects (I, ES) of the substituents.
