The present study, deal about the antibiosis activity of soil bacteria, isolated from 10 different locations of rhizosphere and diverse cultivation at Kochi, Kerala, India. The bacteria were isolated by standard serial dilution plate techniques. Morphological characterization of the isolate was done by Gram's staining and found that all of them gram positive.

The incidence and severity of respiratory diseases in commercial broiler chicken flocks have increased recently in India because of intensification of the broiler industry. Viral population are predominant in respiratory tract infections and they pose continuous economic burden to poultry industry by causing severe economic losses through decreased productivity [1], [2]. To understand viral metagenome of poultry associated with respiratory infections, we performed DNA virome sequencing and data analysis of broilers from 8 districts of Gujarat State in India.

To study the involvement of compounds stigmasterol and oleic acid isolated from marine sponge Aurora globostellata and docking against the Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor-2 in breast cancer. The comparative molecular docking was performed with the natural compounds from marine sponge and the synthetic drugs used in breast cancer treatment against the target HER2. The molecular docking analysis was done using GLIDE in Schrodinger software package.

The tRNA structure contains conserved modifications that are responsible for its stability and are involved in the initiation and accuracy of the translation process. tRNA modification enzymes are prevalent in bacteria, archaea, and eukaryotes. tRNA Gm18 methyltransferase (TrmH) and tRNA m(1)G37 methyltransferase (TrmD) are prevalent and essential enzymes in bacterial populations.

Transfer RNA (tRNA) structure, modifications and functions are evolutionary and established in bacteria, archaea and eukaryotes. Typically the tRNA modifications are indispensable for its stability and are required for decoding the mRNA into amino acids for protein synthesis. A conserved methylation has been located on the anticodon loop specifically at the 37(th) position and it is next to the anticodon bases.
