Objective: The molecular classification of endometrial cancer into POLE-ultra-mutated, mismatch repair-deficient, p53-mutated, and no specific molecular profile sub-types has significant prognostic value and is recommended in the evaluation of all patients with endometrial cancer. Nonetheless, there has been inconsistent clinical implementation. One possible barrier is the current practice of using several different assays, each with its own result, that subsequently need to be integrated.

CAH manifests in abnormal levels of cortisol and androgens and is accompanied by white matter alterations. However, no CAH study has specifically targeted the corpus callosum, the brain's largest white matter fiber tract.

Research-grade recombinant IgE antibodies have been generated and studied for several decades. The recent Phase 1 clinical trial of the first-in-class MOv18 IgE, however, necessitated the inaugural process development and scaled manufacture of a recombinant IgE to clinical quality standards.

To determine whether there are shared mechanisms for perceptual consciousness across sensory modalities, here we test within the auditory domain. Participants completed an auditory threshold task while undergoing intracranial electroencephalography.

We report how electrode design and placement collectively affect signal content from a shared source between these electrode types.
Methods: In subjects undergoing invasive intracranial EEG evaluation at a surgical epilepsy center from 2012 to 2018, stereo EEG and SDE electrode contacts placed within a 5-mm vicinity were identified.
