Strategic and Technical Considerations in Manufacturing Viral Vector Vaccines for the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority Threats.

Over the past few decades, the world has seen a considerable uptick in the number of new and emerging infectious disease outbreaks. The development of new vaccines, vaccine technologies, and platforms are critical to enhance our preparedness for biological threats and prevent future pandemics. Viral vectors can be an important tool in the repertoire of technologies available to develop effective vaccines against new and emerging infectious diseases.

Relative efficacy of prehabilitation interventions and their components: systematic review with network and component network meta-analyses of randomised controlled trials.

Objective: To estimate the relative efficacy of individual and combinations of prehabilitation components (exercise, nutrition, cognitive, and psychosocial) on critical outcomes of postoperative complications, length of stay, health related quality of life, and physical recovery for adults who have received surgery.

Design: Systematic review with network and component network meta-analyses of randomised controlled trials.

Data Sources: Medline, Embase, PsycINFO, CINAHL, Cochrane Library, and Web of Science were initially searched 1 March 2022, and updated on 25 October 2023.

Stakeholder perspectives on implementation of internet-delivered cognitive behaviour therapy in physical medicine rehabilitation setting using the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research.

Introduction: Despite the growing evidence for the effects of tailored internet-delivered cognitive behaviour therapy (ICBT) programmes for those receiving physical rehabilitation, there is a lack of implementation of these programmes in a clinical or community setting. The aim of the current study was to evaluate barriers and facilitators of implementing an ICBT programme into a physical medicine rehabilitation setting.

Methods: Stakeholders with expertise in physical medicine rehabilitation were recruited (n = 25) including: 16 clinicians, 4 administrators, 3 persons with lived experience, and 2 care partners.
