Efficacy and Safety of Altibrain® as an Adjunctive Therapy for Autism Spectrum Disorder: An Open Label Trial Targeting Core Symptoms.

Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Altibrain® in combination with standard Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) treatment compared to standard ASD treatment alone in individuals diagnosed with ASD.

Method: A randomized, open-label trial was conducted involving 120 participants aged 3 to 17 years, randomly assigned to either the Standard ASD Treatment group or the Altibrain® + Standard ASD Treatment group. Sixty patients were randomly allocated to each Standard ASD Treatment group or the Altibrain® + Standard ASD Treatment group.

Right Ventricular Outflow Tract Obstruction: Transcatheter Correction In Tetralogy Of Fallot: A Pilot Study.

This study evaluated transcatheter approach for relieving right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT) obstruction using combined non-compliant balloon dilatation of the RVOT and conal artery occlusion in patients with Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF), both uncorrected and post-intra-cardiac repair (ICR) restenosis. A prospective study was conducted from January 2022 to June 2023, including 40 symptomatic patients aged over 12 years with RVOT obstruction in TOF. Exclusion criteria included moderate to severe pulmonary regurgitation.

Microneedle(MN)-based drug delivery is one of the potential approaches to overcome the limitations of oral and hypodermic needle delivery. An in silico model has been developed for hollow microneedle (HMN)-based drug delivery in the skin and its subsequent absorption in the blood and tissue compartments in the presence of interstitial flow. Inferior oblique sparing brachytherapy plaque placement for juxtafoveal peripapillary choroidal melanoma.
