ConspectusA key challenge in modern chemistry research is to mimic life-like functions using simple molecular networks and the integration of such networks into the first functional artificial cell. Central to this endeavor is the development of signaling elements that can regulate the cell function in time and space by producing entities of code with specific information to induce downstream activity. Such artificial signaling motifs can emerge in nonequilibrium systems, exhibiting complex dynamic behavior like bistability, multistability, oscillations, and chaos.

Design: This cross-sectional study was conducted between 01 August 2023 and 31 January 2024 among 1,019 undergraduate students. Data were collected using a web-based survey containing questions on socio-demographics, the Rome IV questionnaire, the insomnia severity index, the perceived stress scale 4, the patient health questionnaire, and the smartphone addiction scale.

The combination of pharmacogenomics and nanotechnology science of pharmacogenomics into a highly advanced single entity has given birth to personalized medicine known as nano-enabled pharmacogenomics. This review article covers all aspects starting from pharmacogenomics to gene editing tools, how these have evolved or are likely to be evolved for pharmacogenomic application, and how these can be delivered using nanoparticle delivery systems. In this prior work, we explore the evolution of pharmacogenomics over the years, as well as new achievements in the field of genomic sciences, the challenges in drug creation, and application of the strategy of personalized medicine.

Ketamine has demonstrated efficacy in treating adults with treatment-resistant depression (TRD), with additional off-label benefits reported for various psychiatric disorders. Herein, we performed a systematic review and meta-analysis to examine the therapeutic applications of ketamine across multiple mental disorders, excluding mood disorders.
