Objectives: To investigate how uptake of cancer rehabilitation services is affected by information provision and whether it is influenced by people's perception and attitudes towards rehabilitation interventions and therapies.

Design: This study followed a realist informed mixed-methods design. Descriptive secondary analysis of a cancer rehabilitation database containing information about number of people attending services, their diagnosis and sex and semi-structured interviews with people affected by cancer (PABC) and healthcare professionals (HCPs) were conducted.

Background: Central line-associated bloodstream infections (CLABSIs) are a potential complication for home parenteral nutrition (HPN) patients.

Endurance events are popular worldwide and have many health benefits. However, runners and Para athletes may sustain musculoskeletal injuries or experience other health consequences from endurance events. The American Medical Society for Sports Medicine (AMSSM) Runner Health Consortium aimed to generate consensus-based survey items for use in prospective research to identify risk factors for injuries in runners and Para athletes training and competing in endurance events.

Objectives: Immune checkpoint inhibitors have recently developed successfully in treatment for several advanced cancers, including advanced renal cancer, where options have previously been limited. PIF1 is a conserved helicase and G4 DNA binding and unwinding enzyme, with roles in genome stability. Human PIF1 (hPIF1) is poorly understood, but its functions can become critical for tumour cell survival during oncogene-driven replication stress. Here we report the discovery, via an X-ray crystallographic fragment screen (XChem), of hPIF1 DNA binding and unwinding inhibitors.
