Recently, jellyfish venom has gained attention as a promising reservoir of pharmacologically active compounds, with potential applications in new drug development. In this investigation, novel peptides, isolated from the hydrolysates of jellyfish venom (NnV), demonstrate potent inhibitory activities against angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE).
