While consensus exists that the sources of health inequalities are social inequalities brought on by the experience of qualitatively different living and working conditions, means of addressing these conditions continue to be the subject of dispute. Whether to emphasis education or income as asocial determinant of health is one such example of differing views on the sources of these inequalities and the means of addressing them. These different emphases are often justified through the narrow examination of the magnitude of statistical relationships between educational attainment and income with health outcomes.

Sjögren's disease (SjD) is an autoimmune disorder characterized by progressive salivary and lacrimal gland dysfunction, inflammation, and destruction, as well as extraglandular manifestations. SjD is associated with autoreactive B and T cells, but its pathophysiology remains incompletely understood. Abnormalities in regulatory T (T) cells occur in several autoimmune diseases, but their role in SjD is ambiguous.

Family caregivers' experiences of accessing information from healthcare professionals in heart failure.

Background: With growing reliance on family caregivers to support people with advanced heart failure and to help them die at home, family caregivers need the relevant information to support this. However, evidence has shown that families continue to have deficits in their knowledge of heart failure and what to expect as the disease advances. This can lead to a high level of uncertainty and stress for family.

Psychosocial interventions for post-treatment haematological cancer survivors: An integrative review.

Purpose: To synthesize literature regarding the implementation and evaluation of psychosocial interventions designed to reduce distress in post-treatment haematological cancer survivors.

Methods: An integrative review was conducted according to Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. Databases searched were Medline, Cinahl, PsychInfo, WoS, and EMBASE, during November 2022.
