Evaluation and novel treatment in a case of refractory small bowel-small bowel intussusception.

Small bowel into small bowel intussusception can present with symptoms similar to those observed in patients with more common small bowel into large bowel intussusception. In most cases, intussusceptions isolated to the small bowel are self-limited and less likely to result in bowel ischemia. Nonetheless, any patient with recurrent intussusception should be evaluated to assess location and for the presence of a pathologic lead point.

A 46-year-old diabetic woman with unilateral renal fungus ball was successfully treated with antifungal therapy, endoscopic extraction and ureteral stent placement. The patient was initially treated for a right staghorn calculus, thereafter developed urinary symptoms. Imaging revealed distal left ureter filling defects and a previous stent at the ureteropelvic junction.

Background: Juvenile-onset Huntington's Disease (JoHD) or Huntington's disease (HD) with age of onset ≤20 years, is a rare clinical entity that often differs phenotypically from adult HD and represents only 1-15% of total HD cases.

Introduction: The (VISQ-R) is a self-report questionnaire designed to measure characteristics of inner speech. In the current study, we adapted and validated a Hebrew version of VISQ-R. Our first hypothesis was that Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) of the Hebrew VISQ-R would confirm the five subscales replicating the factor structure of the original questionnaire.
