Microbiota could be of interest in the diagnosis of colorectal and non-small cell lung cancer (CRC and NSCLC). However, how the microbial components of tissues and feces reflect each other remains unknown. In this work, our main objective is to discover the degree of correlation between the composition of the tissue microbiota and that of the feces of patients affected by CRC and NSCLC.

Methods: The cytotoxic activity of investigated compounds was evaluated using MTT and CV assays. In order to examine the mechanism of action of the most potent compound cell cycle analysis, apoptosis assay, caspase activity, CFSE and DHR staining, DAF-FM, autophagy and immunocytochemistry caspase-3 assays were performed.
High-risk cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (hr-cSCC) tumors exhibit aggressive behavior, leading to local recurrence, metastasis, and mortality. The management of hr-cSCC tumors is not well-defined. To clarify the impact of clinical risk factors and management strategies on disease-related outcomes (DROs) in patients with hr-cSCCs.

To unlock the potential of EHR data to improve patient health, public health, and health care, it is essential to streamline the exchange of health data. As leaders across the US Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), we describe how DHHS has implemented fundamental building blocks to achieve this vision.

Non-viral delivery systems present a safer alternative to viral vectors, with reduced immunogenicity and toxicity. However, their effectiveness in promoting endosomal escape, a crucial step in gene transfer, remains limited.
