Dysregulation of the dopamine (DA) system is a hallmark of substance use disorders, including alcohol use disorder (AUD). Of the DA receptor subtypes, the DA D2 receptors (D2Rs) play a key role in the reinforcing effects of alcohol. D2Rs are expressed in numerous brain regions associated with the regulation of appetitive behaviors.

In modern genomic datasets, there is an abundance of auxiliary information, which often gets under-utilized in determining the joint dependency structure. In this article, we consider a Bayesian approach to model undirected graphs underlying heterogeneous multivariate observations with additional assistance from covariates.

Subjects And Methods: Clinical and histopathological data of 195 patients with OSCC were analysed retrospectively to identify risk factors associated with PNI and to evaluate its significant correlation with local recurrence, overall survival (OS) and recurrence free survival (RFS).
Results: Patients were followed for a mean period of 39.
We commonly encounter the problem of identifying an optimally weight-adjusted version of the empirical distribution of observed data, adhering to predefined constraints on the weights. Such constraints often manifest as restrictions on the moments, tail behavior, shapes, number of modes, etc., of the resulting weight-adjusted empirical distribution.
