Median arcuate ligament syndrome (MALS) poses a rare challenge in diagnosis and management. We present a case of MALS in a 50-year-old male with recurrent epigastric pain, vomiting, and diarrhea. Diagnostic imaging revealed celiac artery stenosis and gastroduodenal artery collateral dilatation.

Introduction: Esophageal inflammatory fibroid polyp (IFP) is a rare benign tumor of the gastrointestinal tract with limited available data on clinicopathologic features and treatment strategies.

Evidence Acquisition: A systematic review of the literature in PubMed/Medline and Scopus databases was performed for articles concerning esophageal IFP in adult population.

Evidence Synthesis: A total of 16 studies were identified, involving 16 patients with a Male-Female Ratio of 3:1 and mean age of 50.

Spigelian hernias in the adult population: a systematic review of the literature.

Purpose: Spigelian Hernia (SH) is characterized by the protrusion of abdominal viscera or preperitoneal fat through a defect in the spigelian aponeurosis. The objective of this systematic review was to evaluate current literature on Spigelian Hernias in adult population and elucidate their characteristics and preferable management.
