A 42 year old man presented with steroid resistant asthma of 6 months duration. Serial chest radiographs showed migrating interstitial shadowing. Electrocardiographs showed decreasing R-wave progression in the precordial leads, and endomyocardial biopsy showed eosinophil infiltration with fibrosis.
