Introduction: Pediatric craniofacial trauma, particularly from non-accidental trauma (NAT), is a significant cause of injury with enduring physical and psychological impacts. This study analyzes demographic patterns, injury characteristics, and trends in NAT-related craniofacial injuries to inform early identification, intervention, and prevention efforts.

Methods: Analysis of the Healthcare Cost and Utilization Project Kids' Inpatient Database was performed for the years 2009 to 2019.

No previous studies have investigated predictors of local-only recurrence following PD for PDAC. Animals: A group of 29 client-owned horses of various breeds, 1-20 years old, with body masses of 360-710 kg.

The applicability of risk assessment tools (RATs) for preoperative risk assessment (PRA) in Emergency General Surgery (EGS) is unclear. Limited knowledge of surgeons' approach to risk assessment is available. We investigated how Canadian surgeons approach PRA for EGS and their awareness of available RATs.
