Background: This sham-controlled multicenter, single-blind, dose-escalation, single-dose, phase I/IIa study aimed to validate the safety and exploratory efficacy of intradiscal administration of recombinant human (rh) MMP-7 (KTP-001) for patients with lumbar disc herniation.

Background: Eosinophilic chronic rhinosinusitis (ECRS) is a subgroup of chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP), which is a disease characterized by eosinophilic infiltration of the sinonasal mucosa. Few studies that reported the effect of dupilumab on CRSwNP focused on a single phenotype of CRSwNP, such as ECRS.
Objectives: This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of dupilumab in ECRS with postoperative recurrence.

Aim: This study aimed to investigate the impact of residual ethmoidal laminae after endoscopic sinus surgery (ESS) in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP).
Materials And Methods: This retrospective cohort included 66 patients with CRSwNP who received 300mg of dupilumab every 2weeks for 16weeks between August 2020 and March 2022. Patients were categorized into the no-lamina or residual-lamina groups based on postoperative sinus computed tomography scans.
