Objectives: American football continues to be a popular and rapidly growing sport among both males and females, with relatively little research concerning injuries for the latter - especially in the youth population. The current study aims to evaluate the differences in the epidemiology of injured body parts and injury diagnoses between youth male and female American football players.
Methods: Injury data for male and female American football players were collected over a 10- year period from the National Electronic Injury Surveillance System (NEISS) and retrospectively reviewed.
Objective: To evaluate the performance of large language models (LLMs), specifically Microsoft Copilot, GPT-4 (GPT-4o and GPT-4o mini), and Google Gemini (Gemini and Gemini Advanced), in answering ophthalmological questions and assessing the impact of prompting techniques on their accuracy.
Design: Prospective qualitative study.
Participants: Microsoft Copilot, GPT-4 (GPT-4o and GPT-4o mini), and Google Gemini (Gemini and Gemini Advanced).
Purpose: Prior literature has suggested a reduced performance of large language models (LLMs) in non-English analyses, including Arabic and French. However, there are no current studies testing the multimodal performance of ChatGPT in French ophthalmology cases, and comparing this to the results observed in the English literature. We compared the performance of ChatGPT-4 in French and English on open-ended prompts using multimodal input data from retinal cases.

The current review discusses the importance of combretastatin A-4 (CA-4) as a lead compound of microtubule targeting agents. CA-4 holds a unique place among naturally occurring compounds having cytotoxic activity. In this review an overall picture of design strategies, structure-activity relationship, synthesis, cytotoxic activity, and binding interactions of promising CA-4 analogues, are discussed and arranged chronologically from 2016 to early 2023.
