Background: Nodal disease is prognostic in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC); however, optimal number of examined lymph nodes (ELNs) required to accurately stage nodal disease in the current era of neoadjuvant therapy remains unknown. The aim of the study was to evaluate the optimal number of ELNs in patients with neoadjuvantly treated PDAC.

Methods: A retrospective study was performed on patients with PDAC undergoing resection following neoadjuvant treatment between 2011 and 2018.

Background: For many years, the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) has been one of the most commonly used cognitive screening instruments in ambulatory care settings. Because the MoCA will no longer be in the free public domain by the end of 2020, it is important to consider cognitive screening tests that are comparable and free.

Methods: We briefly review three cognitive screening instruments, the Saint Louis University Mental Status examination, the Short Test of Mental Status, and the Addenbrooke's cognitive examination, and compare these tests with the MoCA.

Aim: To investigate the challenges faced by Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) children and their families in Dubai from three different perspectives of dental care: oral care at home, oral care at the dentist and access to oral care, and to compare the results to their normally developing peers.

Materials And Methods: A case-control comparative study of 84 ASD and 53 healthy children attending special needs centres and schools in Dubai including siblings of the autistic children. Data collection was by a survey questionnaire completed by parents or guardians.
