Introduction: Factor XI/XIa (FXI/XIa) has emerged as a potential target for antithrombotic therapy, driven by preclinical evidence showing the role of FXI/XIa inhibition for preventing thrombosis without impeding hemostasis. This is particularly promising for patients at high risk of both thromboembolic events and bleeding, such as patients with end-stage kidney disease (ESKD) on hemodialysis (HD).

We extend the capabilities of virtual staining from AF to a different disease and stain modality. Our work includes newly developed virtual stains for H&E and a multiplex immunofluorescence panel (DAPI, PanCK, PD-L1, CD3, and CD8) for non-small cell lung cancer, which reproduce the key features of real stains.

Large bone defects of the distal radius and/or carpus following tumor resection, trauma, or infection are extremely rare. There are few case reports and series in the literature on the reconstruction approaches required in such cases. Therefore, large studies cannot be used to guide the therapeutic decisions of reconstructive plastic and hand surgeons.
