Background And Objective: The impact of lifetime body mass index (BMI) trajectories on adult lung function abnormalities has not been investigated previously. We investigated associations of BMI trajectories from childhood to mid-adulthood with lung function deficits and COPD in mid-adulthood.
Methods: Five BMI trajectories (n = 4194) from age 5 to 43 were identified in the Tasmanian Longitudinal Health Study.
Individuals with Preserved Ratio Impaired Spirometry (PRISm), defined as FEV/FVC ≥0.7 and FEV1 <80% predicted, are at higher risk of developing COPD. However, data for Australian adults are limited.

This study aims to present our institutions' current protocol for cleft lip and palate repair, including alveolar bone grafting (ABG).
Methods: A total of 17 patients (20 clefts) treated with the latest protocol from 2016 to 2023 were evaluated.
