Analysed herein are remote results of treatment at terms of 3 and 19 years in two patients with a complicated course of chronic thoracoabdominal aortic dissection. Each of them was subjected to 3 interventions, twice by emergency indications. Surgical corrections: resection of the abdominal aortic aneurysm (2), thoracoabdominal bypass grafting (1).
