Assessment of medical and losses due to socially significant diseases in the East Kazakhstan Region.

Aims: The aim of the research was assessment of the medical and social losses due to socially significant diseases (malignant neoplasms and diseases of the circulatory system) in population living in the ecologically unfavorableregion of Kazakhstan (East Kazakhstan Region (EKR)).

Materials And Methods: The materials for the research were provided by the Department of Statistics, the Republican Center of Electronic Health Care and the Regional Oncology Center for 5 years depth (2011-2015 yy.).

[Justification of the need to normalize vitamin D status for immunoprophylaxis].

Currently, there is an increase in the resistance of microorganisms to the available arsenal of antimicrobial drugs, which makes it necessary to maintain and stimulate the body's own immune-protective properties. The main extraskeletal effect of vitamin D activity is associated with the homeostasis of the immune system. The role of vitamin D in reducing the risk of infection with infectious agents has been studied for a long time.

Epidemiological aspects of morbidity in the class of digestive organs in Kazakhstan.

Aim: To study epidemiological aspects of disease, class of diseases of the digestive system in the region of the relative risk in Kazakhstan.

Materials And Methods: Studied epidemiological parameters are first identified in the incidence and prevalence of class XI ICD in regions of Kazakhstan with the identification of risk relative to the average national level. In a dysfunctional region Kyzylorda region analyzed the performance of its regions and compared with data from medical examination of the population and the survey.

Features of Malignancy Prevalence among Children in the Aral Sea Region.

Objective: A study of primary cancer morbidity among children and subsequent calculation of average annual incidence were carried out for boys and girls, and young men and women in Kazakhstan. Methods: The investigated population lived in three areas of the Aral Sea region: designated catastrophe (Aral, Kazalt, Shalkar regions), crisis (Zhalagash, Karmakshy, Shiely regions), pre-crisis (Irgiz, Arys, Ulytau regions). Zhanaarka region of Karaganda oblast was applied as a control.

Qualitative index of population health losses in the aral sea region.

The article is devoted to the approbation of the modification of the method of the presentation of indices of medical and social losses of the population on an example of environmentally unfavorable Aral Sea region in Kazakhstan. The first step in improvement of the system ofpublic health care is the identification of the most important problems related with the assessment of the disease burden and the adjustment of data of such type in accordance national aims on the decline of medical and social losses in this problem area. So far according to the criteria for the determination of the boundary of ecological catastrophe area one of the indices is the steady gain in the mortality rate.
