Purpose: The College of Science and Health Professions offers the University Pre-Professional Program (UPPP) to newly enrolled students. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of the program in preparing students to become self-directed learners and to seek students' perceptions about student-centered teaching.
Methods: A quantitative quasi-experimental study that used a pre and post-test survey in two stages, before and after semester-4.
Objective The effectiveness of the flipped classroom is currently debated due to conflicting results from different studies. It is therefore important to evaluate its usefulness each time it is applied in a new setting. Thus, this study was conducted with the objective of evaluating the effectiveness and acceptability of the flipped classroom in undergraduate medical education at the College of Medicine, Alfaisal University.

Methods: A list of 24 drugs was prepared based on certain inclusion and exclusion criteria.
Learning clinical skills in a large group of undergraduate medical students is challenging. Innovative technology-based modalities are being evaluated to complement limited hospital rotations. We determined the effectiveness of clinical skills-related audiovisual (AV) aids embedded in electronic-problem-based learning (PBL) sessions, in terms of students' feedback and formative Objective Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCE) grades.
