We developed a 4-parameter clinical assay using Electric Field Induced Release and Measurement (EFIRM) technology to simultaneously assess SARS-CoV-2 RNA (vRNA), nucleocapsid antigen, host binding (BAb) and neutralizing antibody (NAb) levels from a drop of saliva with performance that equals or surpasses current EUA-approved tests. The vRNA and antigen assays achieved lower limit of detection (LOD) of 100 copies/reaction and 3.5 TCID₅₀/mL, respectively.

Developing methods for 2D-LC starts therefore with preliminary column selection. Selecting columns that yield (metaphorically) orthogonal dimensions is of utmost importance, but remains challenging.

We sought to determine if there was an association between neighborhood disadvantage and diagnostic error among a cohort of adult inpatients who experienced either an ICU transfer or in-hospital death. Using a sample of 527 patients from seven geographically diverse academic medical systems, we compared diagnostic error rates to patients' neighborhood disadvantage levels as measured by the Area Deprivation Index, a validated composite measure of socioeconomic status.

Studies have explored pharmacists' vaccination knowledge, attitudes, and practice behaviour overseas but limited information about pharmacists in Singapore is available. This study aims to investigate pharmacists' vaccination knowledge, attitudes towards providing vaccination services, and their educational needs.
