Objectives: Arboviruses pose significant public health threats worldwide, with Southeast Asia being a hotspot for these infections. This study aimed to reassess the incidence of dengue, Zika, and chikungunya viruses in patients clinically diagnosed with dengue in East Java, Indonesia in 2023.

Background: Fibromyalgia (FM) is characterized by chronic pain, significantly affecting the quality of life and functional capabilities of patients. In addition to pain, patients may experience insomnia, chronic fatigue, depression, anxiety, and headaches, further complicating their overall well-being. The Transient Receptor Potential Vanilloid 1 (TRPV1) receptor responds to various noxious stimuli and plays a key role in regulating pain sensitivity and inflammation.

Chemical investigation of the mangrove-derived fungus Trichoderma sp. GXT-22.1 led to the isolation and identification of 10 secondary metabolites, including one new compound, 5'-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1',3'-oxazole (1), one new natural compound, (E)-6,10-dimethyl-5-undecene-2,9,10-triol (2), along with eight known compounds, tricholumin A (3), harzianol J (4), cyclonerodiol (5), 10,11-dihydro-11-hydroxycyclonerodiol (6), cyclonerodiol B (7), epicyclonerodiol oxide (8), cyclo(Val-Pro) (9), and cyclo-(4-hydroxyprolinyl-leucine) (10).
