A series of lanthanide -trifluoroacetates {(detaH)[La(tfa)](CHCN)(HO)} and (detaH)[Ln(tfa)] (Ln = Pr-Eu), mixed-ligand complexes [La(tfa)(CHCN)(HO)], [Gd(tfa)(deta)](PrOH) and [Yb(tfa)(deta)](tfa), as well as detaH(tfa) were isolated and characterized. All lanthanide -trifluoroacetates contain two types of 1D anionic chains [Ln(tfa)] and cavities occupied by detaH cations and solvating HO and CHCN molecules. The thermal behavior of (detaH)[Ln(tfa)] in air is investigated by TGA, VT-PXRD and total X-ray scattering with PDF analysis, and the formation of metal fluorides occurs upon heating to 300 °C.

Dimethylamine was demonstrated to have a decisive templating effect on the formation of , as its deliberate addition to the solvothermal reaction allows the reproducible synthesis of the new framework.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFA new family of 14 isostructural [Ln(piv)(en)] lanthanide pivalate (piv, 2,2-dimethylpropanoate) complexes with ethylenediamine (en) was synthesized by a topology-preserving transformation from 1D coordination polymers [Ln(piv)]. The crystal structures of the compounds were determined by single-crystal and powder X-ray diffraction, which demonstrated that despite the regular ligand arrangement within the chains, the latter are intricately packed within the partially ordered crystal, as only two of four ligands are strictly bound by the translational symmetry. The peculiarities of the lanthanide coordination environment were explored by total X-ray scattering with pair distribution function analysis.

The ribbon-like polymeric structure consisting of connected tetranuclear clusters and supported by pivalate ligands and a framework of H-bonds has been revealed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. While the compounds demonstrate similar PXRD patterns and unit cell parameters, the joint single-crystal XRD and pair distribution function data suggest the significant local structure change along the lanthanide series.

The advantages of PRP application, as the growth factors donator, independently and in combination with dalargin, were proved. The PRP capacity to stimulate the fibroblasts activity and creation of vessels in young connective tissue was proved, what have leaded to the ulcer tissues oxygenation improvement and cellular proliferation promotion, acceleration of the connective tissue maturation, and the ulcer healing.
