Road map from dirty growth to sustainable green growth in Turkiye: Management of trade and financial processes?

This study examines how business, financial, monetary, and trade freedom influence Turkiye's green growth from 1995 to 2022, utilizing the ARDL approach to cointegration. Our results confirm the long-term cointegration among the variables. Robustness tests, such as Fully Modified Ordinary Least Squares (FMOLS) and Dynamic Ordinary Least Squares (DOLS), consistently show that business and trade freedom hinder Turkiye's green growth.

State of art of robotic prostatectomy: the way we do it in Catalonia, Spain.

Surgical outcomes in women diagnosed with deep endometriosis involving urological structures.

Introduction: The prevalence of endometriosis is estimated to be about 10% among women of reproductive age. In about 5-10% of these patients, involvement of urological structures will be developed due to deep endometriosis. Urologists should be familiar with the management of these patients, who will require multidisciplinary care with medical and surgical treatment.

Background: Although germline BRCA mutations have been associated with adverse outcomes in prostate cancer (PC), understanding of the association between somatic/germline alterations in homologous recombination repair (HRR) genes and treatment outcomes in metastatic castration-resistant PC (mCRPC) is limited. The aim of this study was to investigate the prevalence and outcomes associated with somatic/germline HRR alterations, particularly BRCA1/2, in patients initiating first-line (1L) mCRPC treatment with androgen receptor signalling inhibitors (ARSi) or taxanes.
