Cutaneous mucormycosis, while less common than sinonasal or pulmonary infections, can cause widespread tissue necrosis after seemingly innocuous encounters. The most common location of cutaneous mucormycosis is the extremities, and extensive infection has been reported after trauma or orthopedic procedures. A 60-year-old female with poorly controlled type 2 diabetes mellitus sustained an open patella fracture after a fall.

In this paper, the schooling behavior of prey fish population in a predator-prey interaction is investigated. By taking an economical interest which can be elaborated by the presence of nonselective harvesting into consideration, we studied the dynamical behavior. The existence, positivity and boundedness of solution have been established.

Purpose: This study aims to evaluate the impact of war on Syrian refugees' life in Bekaa/Lebanon, focusing on psychological and physical symptoms, and to assess the prevalence of the most common symptoms of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in affected patients recruited in the study.
Design And Methods: This observational study was conducted over a period of 1 month-June 2019-in three main camps in the Bekaa region. After taking approval, a total number of 108 Syrian refugees were interviewed and asked about their quality of life and health conditions in camps, after leaving their country.
Objectives: The primary objective of this study was to determine the prevalence of iron deficiency anaemia (IDA) in hospitalised 6- to 24-month-old infants in rural versus urban settings. The secondary objective was to determine associated risk factors in rural versus urban settings.
Methods: A 6-month prospective multicentre cross-sectional study was conducted in paediatrics departments of three Lebanese hospitals.
