Introduction: Drug-related hospital admissions (DRAs) can account for 5%-40% of total hospital admissions in older adults, with a significant proportion deemed preventable. To increase the detection of DRAs, in 2021, a revised trigger tool listing 21 frequent causes of admissions and medications at risk was proposed. This study aimed to describe DRAs using this trigger tool in a French acute geriatric ward and to assess the performance of the tool.

In HER2-positive breast cancer, clinical outcome and sensitivity to HER2-targeted therapies are influenced by both tumor and microenvironment features. However, we are currently unable to depict the molecular heterogeneity of this disease with sufficient granularity. Here, by performing gene expression profiling in HER2-positive breast cancers from patients receiving adjuvant trastuzumab in the ALTTO clinical trial (NCT00490139), we identify and characterize five molecular subtypes associated with the risk of distant recurrence: immune-enriched, proliferative/metabolic-enriched, mesenchymal/stroma-enriched, luminal, and ERBB2-dependent.

Bleeding is the most dreaded complication after percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL). We report a case of post PCNL hematuria managed with selective angioembolization of the pseudoaneurysm. During the embolization, the emolization coil along with the glue migrated into the pelvicalyceal system from the pseudoaneurysmal cavity.

Prussian blue analogues (PBAs) are a highly tunable family of materials with properties suitable for a wide variety of applications. Although their straightforward aqueous synthesis allows for the facile preparation of a diverse set of compositions, the use of water as the solvent has hindered the preparation of specific compositions with highly sought-after properties. A typical example is Cr[Cr(CN)]: its predicted strong magnetic interactions have motivated many attempts at its synthesis but with limited success.
