Nasal spray treatments that inhibit the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) entry into nose and nasopharynx at early stages can be an appropriate approach to stop or delay the progression of the disease. Telerehabilitation requires a substantial transformation of the organization and delivery of traditional services.
