Susceptibility-weighted imaging (SWI) has been widely used in clinical contexts, in which the speed of acquisition is frequently a critical issue. In this study, we aim to test the feasibility of a deep learning (DL)-based reconstruction method for accelerating SWI acquisition in clinical settings. A total of 61 subjects were consecutively enrolled.

Ascomycin (FK520) is a 23-membered macrolide antibiotic primarily produced by the Streptomyces hygroscopicus var. ascomyceticus. Structurally similar to tacrolimus and rapamycin, it serves as an effective immunosuppressant widely used in the treatment of rejection reactions after organ transplantation and certain autoimmune diseases.

Early development of vertebral column and appendicular skeleton in Naozhou Larimichthys crocea (Richardson, 1846).

Understanding the developmental sequence characteristics of the vertebral and appendicular skeletons of the larvae and juveniles of Larimichthys crocea (Naozhou population) can provide theoretical basis for seedling cultivation, environmental adaptation, and taxonomic identification. The cartilage-bone double staining method was used to stain, observe, and analyse the vertebrae, pectoral fins, anal fins, caudal fins, and dorsal fins of the larvae and juveniles of L. crocea (0-30 days post-hatching [DPH]).

Methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) and methionine synthase reductase (MTRR) polymorphisms are known risk factors for vascular diseases due to the impact on folate metabolism dysfunction and homocysteine (Hcy) accumulation. This study aimed to investigate the association between folate metabolism risk and hemorrhagic risk in moyamoya disease (MMD). In this prospective study, we enrolled 350 MMD patients with complete genotype data for MTHFR and MTRR.

Preparation and Hypoglycemic Effect of Magnolia Officinalis Polysaccharide Oral Liquid.

In this paper, an oral liquid containing Magnolia officinalis polysaccharide was formulated and its hypoglycemic effects were investigated. An orthogonal test was conducted based on single-factor experiments to optimize the formulation guided by sensory evaluations. Its stability and safety were also assessed.
