The crystal structures of (±)-mandelamide, -mandelamide, and enantioenriched mandelamide (94 : 6 ) were determined. Diastereomeric cocrystal pairs of -mandelamide with both enantiomers of mandelic acid and proline were synthesized. The diastereomeric cocrystal pairs of -mandelamide with /-mandelic acid form 1:1 cocrystals in each case, while the diastereomeric cocrystal pairs of -mandelamide with proline have different stoichiometries.

The PTCL had a clonal T-cell receptor rearrangement, which was already detectable in the apheresis product for CAR T-cell manufacturing and 7 months earlier for autologous transplantation. Somatic and mutations in CD34+ stem cells and their progeny were detected in the PTCL, in the apheresis specimen that was obtained for CAR T-cell production, and in the autotransplant.

We developed a new policy utilizing regular oximetry downloads to help determine commencement and titration of low flow oxygen. The aim of this policy is to improve safety and uniformity in practice and potentially lead to improvements in outcomes including the number of infants being discharged on home oxygen therapy (HOT) and length of stay (LOS).
