Purpose: Renal angiomyolipoma (AML) is the most common benign renal tumor. Whilst generally asymptomatic, they can cause life-threatening bleeding. Selective angioembolization (SAE) may be used to treat large symptomatic and asymptomatic AMLs.

Background: COVID-19 comprises several severity stages ranging from oligosymptomatic disease to multi-organ failure and fatal outcomes. The mechanisms why COVID-19 is a mild disease in some patients and progresses to a severe multi-organ and often fatal disease with respiratory failure are not known. Biomarkers that predict the course of disease are urgently needed.

Epithelioid sarcoma of the penis: A penile sparing approach, and long-term implications.

A 33-year-old male presented with a one-centimetre lesion at the penoscrotal junction which was excised and revealed to be an epithelioid sarcoma (ES). A wide local excision of the lesion and subsequent neoadjuvant radiotherapy followed, with transposition of the patient's testicles laterally to protect fertility. At 3-year follow-up, the patient has no local or distant recurrence but does have a low sperm count.

A challenging case of surgical management of a single ischemic testicle from severe epididymo-orchitis.

A 41 years-old male patient presented acutely with severe right testicular pain, and fever for 48 hours. Patient had a backround of previous left orchidectomy for epididymo-orchitis and sexually-transmitted disease. A clinical diagnosis of right epididymo-orchitis was made and patient was treated with intravenous broad-spectrum antibiotic.
