Objective: This study investigates the practice behaviors, attitudes, musculoskeletal complaints, and previous exposure to chiropractic care in a group of recreational golfers.
Methods: A survey study was conducted on recreational golfers who were attending an annual golf show at the Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome in Minneapolis, Minn.
Objective: To introduce and describe a standardized protocol for a functional, pre-manipulative assessment procedure for spinal pain.
Design: Two brief case reports and the clinical utility of this maneuver is compared with another commonly used orthopedic test in a retrospective study involving 50 subjects.
Setting: Northwestern Health Sciences University's Bloomington Natural Care Center.

Objective: To consider a conservative management plan for a patient suffering from diurnal enuresis.
Clinical Features: A 12-yr-old girl complained of left flank pain and involuntary urine loss that apparently began a short time after she fell backwards and landed on her coccyx. She had to wear a sanitary pad prophylactically throughout each day for more than a year because of unpredictable urinary incontinence.
