As cannabis legalization expands, preclinical studies continue to investigate the impact of repeated exposure to delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the primary psychoactive compound in the plant. With the increasing popularity of cannabis infused foods, the rise of THC in medicinal applications have also expanded. The present study addresses a critical gap in existing literature by investigating the behavioral and neurobiological effects of low-dose edible THC in a preclinical rodent model.

There are no approved therapeutics for psychostimulant use and recurrence of psychostimulant use. However, in preclinical rodent models environmental enrichment can decrease psychostimulant self-administration of low unit doses and cue-induced amphetamine seeking. We have previously demonstrated that glutamate-dependent therapeutics are able to alter amphetamine seeking to amphetamine-associated cues only in enriched rats.

Objectives: This study aims to describe the various presentations of the prenatally diagnosed isolated right aortic arch (RAA), that is, without associated congenital heart defect and to evaluate the impact of prenatal diagnosis of isolated RAA in terms of postnatal outcome.

Method: In this multicentric retrospective study, from 2010 to 2019, all live births with a prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of isolated RAA were included, with a 1-year postnatal follow-up. The concordance between the different diagnostic steps (prenatal ultrasound, postnatal ultrasound and postnatal CT scan) was evaluated using Gwet's AC1 coefficient.

Objective: To report our experience of fetal aortic valvuloplasty (FAV) for critical aortic stenosis (AS), with a focus on the postnatal evolution of the patients.

Methods: This was a retrospective study including all fetuses with critical AS which underwent FAV in a single center between January 2011 and June 2022. FAV was performed under ultrasound guidance.
