Methicillin-resistant (MRSA) causes osteomyelitis (OM), which seriously threatens public health due to its antimicrobial resistance. To increase the sensitivity of antibiotics and eradicate intracellular bacteria, a Zn and vancomycin (Van) codelivered nanotherapeutic (named Man-Zn/Van NPs) was fabricated and characterized via mannose (Man) modification. Man-Zn/Van NPs exhibit significant inhibitory activity against extra- and intracellular MRSA and obviously decrease the minimum inhibitory concentration of Van.

An efficient Pd-catalyzed regioselective intramolecular aerobic oxidative dehydrocoupling of BH/CH between -carborane and arenes has been achieved with the construction of a series of five-, six- and seven-membered rings under mild reaction conditions. Control experiments indicate that B-H activation proceeds preferentially over the aryl C-H. These new polyarene-carborane conjugates have potential applications in materials as demonstrated by pyrene fused -carborane that exhibits unique dual-phase emission, intramolecular charge transfer (ICT), and aggregation-induced emission (AIE) properties.

Studying embryogenesis is fundamental to understanding developmental biology and reproductive medicine. Its process requires precise spatiotemporal regulations in which lipid metabolism plays a crucial role. However, the spatial dynamics of lipid species at the subcellular level remains obscure due to technical limitations.

In this study, MAPbBr was encapsulated within a porous metal-organic framework (CAU-17) ligand-assisted reprecipitation, which enhanced the perovskite's photocatalytic stability. This encapsulation approach not only stabilises the photocatalytic performance of MAPbBr but also enables further enhancement of its catalytic efficiency through halogen anion group modification. Results from various characterisation demonstrate that the CAU-17/MAPbBrCl composites possess excellent properties, achieving a tetracycline degradation efficiency of up to 92%.

Background: Multiple studies have demonstrated that the abundance and functionality of γδ T cells are favorable prognostic indicators for prolonged survival in cancer patients. However, the association between the immunophenotype of circulating γδ T cells and the therapeutic response in NSCLC patients undergoing chemotherapy or targeted therapy remains unclear.

Methods: Patients with EGFR wild-type (EGFR-WT) or mutant (EGFR-Mut) non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), diagnosed between January 2020 and January 2024, were included in this study.
